Small Hours is a private-event cocktail service based on the Jersey Shore, run by a brother and sister who have spent most of their working lives in bars and dining rooms.

Chris, Bar Director
Chris leads the bar, drawing on a decade in hospitality. He designs every menu from scratch around the people and the occasion, with drinks that are as carefully composed as they are enjoyable to drink.

Jessica, Operations
Jessica keeps everything running. She brings years of service-industry experience on Long Beach Island and a background in project management. That means timelines, logistics, and the small details are handled before the first guest arrives.

How we work
We bring the bartenders, the bar, the menu, and the experience. You supply the alcohol, and we’ll send a tailored shopping list so you buy what you need and nothing more. From the first conversation to the last pour, our goal is simple: you get to enjoy your own party.
